1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Ninja Metrics website, portals and services. By using the site, applying as a Ninja, or engaging us for audit services, you accept these terms. South African law applies.

2. Our services

Ninja Metrics provides customer experience auditing, mystery shopping, NPS and CSAT measurement, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for client engagements are agreed in a written scope before work begins.

3. Ninja participation

• Applying to become a Ninja does not guarantee acceptance or a minimum number of missions.
• Ninjas are independent contractors, not employees, and are compensated per completed, approved mission as agreed in advance.
• Ninjas must complete missions honestly, lawfully and in accordance with our Ethics Statement, and must keep mission details and client identities confidential.

4. Client engagements

• Audit findings reflect observed experiences at specific times and are provided in good faith; they are insight, not legal or compliance advice.
• Reports are prepared for the client's internal use and may not be resold or published without our written consent.
• Fees are payable as set out in the engagement agreement.

5. Portal accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninja Metrics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
